A very good sleep can be enjoyed here.\n\nCampland itself is immaculate. The pride of ownership is apparent.\n\nThe included wifi fluctuated from 3.4 Mbps down / 6.7 Mbps up to 2.6 Mbps down / 6.7 Mbps up. Quite adequate for emails, social media, and a little business. If one was streaming TV or movies, perhaps they would need to pull out their Starlink.\n\nMy Starlink performed decently here. 120 Mbps down / 18 Mbps up.\n\n\nCons\nUnfortunately, it is a dated design, primarily suited for older smaller Class A units - much like a lot of county and state RV parks all the way down the Pacific coast and across California and Arizona. The newer your RV, the more poorly your RV will fit into the spot. I literally had to stick mostly out of the site, in order to open my front door and run my living room slide out. It's a good thing they note 'about 125-foot sites'.\n\nIt was not evident how to turn off the breakers.
