Site was great. Stargazing was top-tier and the mountains in the distance are a great site to see. Not to far from the Joshua tree entrance. Seats, table, and campfire are great!

Overall, campers have praised White Sands Campground for its stunning stargazing opportunities and beautiful, pristine surroundings. The campground's proximity to Joshua Tree adds to its appeal, making it a great choice for nature lovers. However, some guests have noted that the dirt road leading to the site can be difficult for vehicles without 4x4 capabilities. Despite this minor drawback, the well-equipped sites and peaceful atmosphere contribute to a positive camping experience.
