Josh and Fanny’s family was so welcoming — kind and attentive without ever being all up in my business. I loved using their sauna and the yoga/exercise room, which had just the right mix of dumbbells and equipment to help me stay on track with my fitness goals. The coffee, espresso, and tea setup was top-notch too. I never felt like I was “camping” at all — more like staying at a peaceful retreat. The common areas are warm and inviting and although we didn’t partake… the sauna was so tempting! Setup was quick and the woodpile is large! We had a quick fire in the evening after getting set, and another in the morning with coffee. We were greeted in the morning by Josh, who checked in with us and made sure we had what we needed. The whole grounds felt like a retreat and something about it was healing to the soul. Off the beaten path but beautiful!
