About this space

It's a dead-end street in the middle of a park. Flat, plenty of place and shadow under huge, old trees. The park is in-between two large, busy streets so it might be still quite noisy at night. But it is most likely the nices place for hot, sunny days. Close to the public transport, bike paths.
