This was after my wife had already left a great review to try to help them get their business going. No one came to greet us the entire time we stayed, and when we mentioned that if we have met apon arrival, this misunderstanding wouldn’t have happened, we were rudely told that they weren’t even there due to a funeral, and “ so sorry to inconvenience you”. Maybe ask them if they’re busy the night you’re staying so as not to inconvenience them.
