Behind was cornfields forever with colourful sunset. Bonus was there is an outlet there so I could hook up my van’s aircon and since temperatures were soaring at 95 F and muggy it was greatly appreciated. Noah and family popped by to see if all was good. Great for those times you want to camp but you don't want to drive for hours to feel like you got away! We parked right by the pond. It's just secluded enough, and surrounded by a wooded area. There was a large group of tenters around the bend but we barely knew they were there. The lit fountain at night was a nice touch. The dogs enjoyed running free. Noah checked in with us to make sure all was well, and we were excited to find a Walmart 5 minutes away for the things we forgot to pack..we will be back. " } ] }
