I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect landing to welcome me to the North Shore. The stunning open air kitchen provided me with lovely views of the magnificent clouds and the surrounding land. I enjoyed my slow morning a little extra here, and my coffee tasted extra special. I was so lucky to stay here during the full moon and waking up in the middle of the night with a perfect view of it from my bed brought tears to my eyes. Seeing it with the magnificent mountains in the background, I just wanted to stay up and watch it. I did sleep well, and woke up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sound of natures orchestra with all the birds singing around me. ( way more beautiful than the crows I’m used to waking up at home 😅) \n\nAmelia, and her fiancé- were such great hosts. I enjoyed a little tour of the land with Amelia. She showed me a future Hipcamp location that is also such a cool structure, and is going to be another great spot to stay. We enjoyed wonderful conversations, and I appreciated her recommendations. They also were respectful of my space, and I felt like I had lots of privacy. She accommodated very well, and I truly appreciated it! \n\nYou can tell a lot of thought and love was put into this space, and I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to stay here. When I was booking, there weren’t any reviews yet, so I was going back and forth in my mind whether I should stay or not. This place was even cuter than the photos. The bedroom and kitchen are separate spaces as are the shower and toilet. The decor is pretty and thoughtful and enhance the vibe. Everything is clean. There’s mountain and land and sky views - as I laid in bed, I was able to see the stars out the window. Towels, bedding, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, utensils provided. There’s a kettle, french press, cutting board, grater, pan, and a few other provisions. I had planned on going to the beach, but ended up not wanting to leave the adorable cottage. Parking is close and the host’s directions were detailed and got me there with no problem (still light out). I was greeted by Amelia, hostess, who was very friendly and welcoming; she let me know that she was available if I had questions or needed anything. Shower was clean and water pressure and temp were perfect. To me, this place was exactly what I was seeking, no complaints.
