She never mentioned she had a shower or offer to show us the backyard. We were glad to have a place to stay for 2 nights but honestly, there was broken glass in the driveway wand a fair amount of it, right around where my tires sat. Here are a few things to take into account before booking:\n1- the space is 11ft wide. That means if you are bigger than a van or car, you will have to make adjustments. The fence is 6ft on one side and the house is on the other. Slide outs? Not a chance.\n2- the sani-dump (white sewer cleanout) is raised and horizontal for a few feet. We had no problems because we had just a grey tank and used a hose and pump. If you have a traditional rv hose, you'll have issues.\nHaving said that, we had NO issues due to our rig (skoolie).
