Around the area: We are located approximately 15 minutes from the town of Decatur, 30 minutes from Denton and 1 hour from Fort Worth\. Our property is located at the edge of the LBJ Grasslands\. Within the LBJ Grasslands there is approximately 700 acres of hiking and biking trails as well as wildlife watching and a few lakes in which you can swim, fish, paddle board, kayak of just picnic\.
