The Tom Quilty has been held here twice before and will be held here again in 2026\. Other endurance events are also held here during the year\. There is an extra $10 charge per horse per night\. Unfortunately there are no horses available here to hire\. It is just over 100km north of Brisbane\. The town of Imbil is only 6km away and has a recently opened IGA with all the supplies you need\. There is also a bakery, 2 coffee shops, a pub with great meals, and a well equipped petrol station\. There are markets every Sunday in the Main Street\. Borumba Dam is 4\.5kms up the road\. It is perfect for boating enthusiasts who want to fish or do various water sports\. This is a breeding and training horse facility so could guests please stay away from fenced off paddocks and the large horse complex\. The hosts go above & beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, they are extremely helpful and have a lot of local knowledge about the surrounding area . When you arrive they are hosts when you leave they are friends . Being only 10 min from the Beautiful town of Imbil you have all the supplies you need even a cold beer or meal at the historical railway hotel . Enjoy a swim kayak or fish in the Yabba creek or explore the natural forest reserve next door theirs is plenty to do . You could not find a more perfect spot for a Break, being mindful it is a working horse farm respect this then you will have the time of your life.
