They have done a lot to accommodate their guests, full water, electric and sewer was more than I expected. Kym and John were super nice and she was super responsive with any questions I had. Cell service (Verizon) was fine for phone and text but bandwidth for data was limited and they did have secure WiFi but since I took the farthest site away from the main antenna, it was a bit spotty also. They do have their own horses and just added 2 new foals to the mix, so that was special watching them. Very peaceful get away and almost no mosquitoes or flies that were bothersome!
