It was very cold and the composting toilet smelled so bad I couldn’t hardly stand to go in it. The inside of the yurt was lovely, it was quiet and cozy and the wood burning stove kept the place warm all night. There isn’t any wifi and barely received a cell signal so if you are looking for a place to truly unplug this is your place. Also should note that large vehicles that don’t make tight turns (or if pulling anything) will find it difficult to get there with a couple of sharp switchbacks, we had to make several point turns along the way. Jackie the host was lovely. She however forgot about us and wasn’t available to provide us with entrance instructions until an hour after the check-in time. All in all, it was a nice place and worked great for a nights stay.
