My husband and I rented the entire campground for our daughter’s wedding and her wedding dreams came true at Slippery Rock—it was magical. The guests were wowed by the setting—the stunning river view background is perfect for a wedding! The guests sat on beautiful wooden benches that John created and the reception was in a field (with a tent) that Pat carefully groomed in preparation for the wedding. Some of my daughter’s friends stayed in the campsites after the wedding and they had a blast swimming and kayaking the next day. My daughter and son-in-law stayed in the tiny house after the wedding, which was super fun for them; the tiny house was also perfect for prepping for the wedding and handy for storing wedding accoutrements. The entire event went better than we had even imagined—the location, and John and Pat, made the event a very special, one-of-a-kind wedding.
