We had a 37ft 5th wheel and was able to get in and out of the spot. Not sure that I would try anything bigger though. Kevin was nice, responsive and flexible on check in. We did not require hook ups or water, so I can’t speak to that. However, if you turn off highway 6 across from the gas station, the roads are wide and easy to navigate all the way to the property entrance. The gas station has a little restaurant inside, with good burgers. The Mexican food wasn’t the best, but all around decent food. \n\nWe pass thru often and will definitely consider staying again if needed in the future. 5 stars all around. He had sent us some coordinates in a message right after we booked but we forgot and used the address in the listing. This took us to the wrong place - a locked gate. We then used the coordinates and it took us to what turned out to be the correct place but there was no way to be sure so we were nervous. Would be nice if there were a small Hipcamp sign or the owner’s name or something on that gate or mailbox.
