The 150\-pitch site is sloping and is split into two fields divided by hedging\. It’s spacious and well laid out with good on site facilities and enjoys a truly rural feel\.The area is also well\-known for the ancient monument at Stonehenge\. Avebury, 19 miles to the north is another less crowded prehistoric site\. Old Wardour Castle is also worth a visit\.Take a tour of Wilton House west of Salisbury, set in eight hectares of grounds, and the nearby Wilton Carpet Factory\.
