      "reviewBody": "Our stay at Joel and Pamela’s place in Comptche was great. We were looking for a home base from which to go and explore.  It was so nice sitting on the deck, we found it hard to leave.  I highly recommend this spot and don’t forget the goat’s milk and cheese.  It was delicious.  We look forward to coming back to Hubcamp Ranch.  Both Joel and Pamela were great hosts and we learned a lot as well.  The property is gorgeous.  P.S. Didn’t want to bother you, but know we could have.  When the wind blows it down, you can enjoy the Frisbee that is on top of the barn.  Courtesy of the grandkids."

      "reviewBody": "This was a beautiful spot…a back area for the kids to play, a deck beside your RV, a short hiking trail, a lovely stream, tall beautiful trees…it was typical winding California roads to get to it but worth it. \n16 miles west lies the pacific coast and 16 miles east is a grove of coastal redwoods…the perfect place to spend a week of exploring.\nWe ended up staying longer than planned because we really enjoyed the quiet privacy of this place. "

      "reviewBody": "Gorgeous plot of land tucked away in a nicely forested area. There was a lovely deck for the RV overlooking a beautiful creek, and another lovely seating area with a propane fire pit. Very good location to just sit and relax. About a half mile logging trail to enjoy walking through the wooded areas.\n\nThe only cons for us are we are noobies with our rented \"standard\" C class RV. The drive in is very windy and often took up the entire lane. Then once we were there, we didn't have a vehicle to easily maneuver the area so we had to take the RV to the beach. Absolutly gorgeous drive, and only about half hour to the ocean but for us driving a wide RV, it was stressful and we felt a bit \"stuck\" in the campsite. \n\nBut truly couldn't have been \"stuck\" in a better location. The host was very wonderful and helpful. \n\nA heads up that the woods have ticks and we picked 4 off our dogs after one walk. Coming from Nevada I forgot this was a thing and my dogs weren't prepared properly, but that's on me. "
