Amenities were clean, being able to wash our dishes in a sink with running water is pretty luxurious camping. The shower is functional though you shouldn't mind cold water, especially in the mornings. Mosquitos at the beginning of April were bearable, no idea how bad it gets in summer. Sherri was kind enough to provide bug spray which helped. There are a ton of outdoor toys as well as two gas grills which were both ready to use and a lot of outdoor furniture. We brought our own firewood but also could have used some of Sherri's in case we had run out. We met Sherri and her husband upon arrival, both made us feel very welcome, responded fast and helpfully to questions and are just very friendly people.
