River rd ranch is at heart of the sunshine coast being only a 10 minute drive to Coolum beach and Yandina, 25 to 30 minutes to noosa, mooloolaba, Maroochydore beaches, Sunshine Plaza, bars and restaurants\! Being only 20 minutes to the sunshine coast airport it’s a great opportunity to park up your big or small touring rig to head interstate at short notice if required\. This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around\. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people\. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails\. Camp Fires are allowed on site\. \(unless fire bans are in place \) fire wood available 20kg = $20 \(cash only sorry due to a few nonpayers\) Pets are welcome but we must respect our Neighbours with horses and other campers so must be friendly retrained at all times\.
