We had the best camping experience hereā€¦ beautiful river, spacious site, and close to many hikes and activities. People are complaining about traffic noise but you can barely hear anything. \nWe booked last minute so we couldnā€™t get a river front site but site 6 is close enough to see/hear the river so no complaints here. Judging by what I saw sites 1,7, and 9 are prime river front spots with plenty of space. 2,3,4, and 5 are away from the river but are closer to the bath house. Kelly was super nice, helpful with directions, and very responsive to every questions. She was also nice enough to haul over some firewood and talk about nearby attractions, floating advice, and cultural/natural history of the area.
