Lots of history! My family has been there since 1884. I am 5th generation. There is a creek that runs through the ranch (which is dry unless we have big rain). There is a ton of history dating back to indigenous Native Americans in nearby Morgan Territory (great hiking!). There are buildings that date back to the 1860's including a two-story barn. What an amazing place to boondock! I camped here two nights in a field that overlooked a valley filled with grazing cows. Amazing views and incredibly serene. And the camp hosts were very nice....
