It is a farm setting (cute dogs, goats, chickens and cattle) with other farms around so not totally quiet at night - some animal noises but otherwise exactly as described/pictured. We thought it was great and a great value. Our aim was to camp near Saguaro NP West and visit the Desert Museum as early as we could in the morning before continuing our journey. Communications with Claire were easy; we arrived after sunset and she guided us to our spot. After more than a week camping in our tent, my daughter wanted to camp in the car so we plugged in our EV to the 110v hookup and spent the night.\n\nIn the morning my daughter had a great time exploring the property and watching the chickens and goats while I packed up. The plumbed bathroom and shower with hot water was positively deluxe and we got to the park refreshed.
