For once, I am leaving a trip feeling refreshed rather than drained. Waking up to the sounds of nature and distant views of the ocean was so worth going the distance from the cities. \nDefinitely be ready to do lots of driving if you have specific plans of where you want to explore the island. This location is quite secluded and rural which is what we wanted. Do research on the area and ask Arcanum and Wendy for advice if needed. Arcanum suggested we spend time in the hot springs which is a 2 hour drive but with their affordable car rental this was so worth it for an unforgettable day trip.\nThe car isn’t brand new it makes some fun noises and you will have to go very slow on the unpaved roads to Rainbows End farm. It got us where we wanted to go with no problems so we were very happy with it. \nOverall, this is a very admirable homestead. The area itself was so charming we could’ve spent the whole trip there and been happy.\nThank you Wendy and Arcanum for being the kindest hosts.
