420 friendly Old time farm, with about 50,% open rolling fields 50% woods with trails, a pond and some streams. Wild turkeys, dear and even an occasional bear. We are Located near kerr lake which has over 800 miles of shoreline, for boating, fishing all watersports. The town of Clarkville nearby, that's has some cute shops and restaurants and a brewery on the lake.

Ann was incredibly friendly and her property is quiet, private and comfortable. My dog had a blast running around. I would absolutely camp there again!
