Fenced in yard on one side. Picnic table available. A few feet from The Brewhouse coffee shop. Close to Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Located on my property. Neighborhood on other side of fence. Enjoy fishing and the beach. North Myrtle Beach is a 30 minute drive. Calabash within a few minutes.
