Concrete wide level clean. Has party lights fan and a swamp cooler and trash cans. Privite with fire place with wood, we didn’t use because of the rain. The Canopy was not tall enough to park under I have a 4x4 with a truck camper. But because of my ac I was to tall. A 2 Wheel Dr. truck Camper would fit, probably a class C possibly definitely a travel trailer. We backed up to the canopy and just put our chairs and stuff out on the concrete used it as a dance floor. There is approx 45 foot of concrete between the road and edge of the concrete. We would stay there anytime.
