The town of Calhan is just 4 miles north of this property\. There, you will find the local grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, and dollar store for any of your needs\. Enjoy seclusion and beautiful views of the rolling hillside and wildlife all while being sheltered amongst our mature trees\. All of our campsites are tucked in the trees to give you privacy and shelter from the Colorado breeze\. Bring your bikes and ride to the paint mines or explore the property on our trails and stay close\. We have the best tasting well water so feel free to fill up your water jugs at the hydrant closest to the chicken coops\!\! Come see our dream in the works and soak up some serenity\! Dogs are welcome, however they must be dog friendly, trained and well behaved\. They are free to roam but chasing calves and causing trouble with other animals will not be tolerated\. We also have dogs, but will do our best to have them put up when you arrive with adequate communication about you ETA \. No bathroom facilities at the moment\. Also, no fires unless approved by us\! When you arrive, we will happily check you in and direct you to your camp site\. Please feel free to ask us about anything you may need, but we will not bother you otherwise\!
