Jeff and his wife were so nice and helpful! Nice piece of land in quiet neighborhood in the woods. There is the train track close by where you can wave to the passengers going up to Denali or Fairbanks! The property is less than a mile from the west entrance to Hatcher's Pass with lots of hiking! I stayed for a whole month visiting family and never had any issues. Even my dog Ruby loved it there!
