The site is very lovely with well maintained walking paths , readily available water, and a bathroom. The hosts dogs were in our camp most of the waking hours and over the course of the first night, first day, and following morning the hosts husky caused puncture wounds on the face of our 12 year old dog three times during four brief fights. We could not get the hosts dogs to leave our camp. The hosts dog would growl at other dogs, including our dog if food was at our picnic table or accidentally dropped on the ground. The final bite from the host’s husky caused a puncture wound through our dog’s ear so we packed up our site and left early to avoid further injury to our dog. We sent a message to the host when we began to pack, and then sent another message after leaving the site, hoping to get a refund on the remaining days. Messages were sent on March 13th this review is being posted on March 22nd. The host has not responded to our messages regarding our stay and early departure.
