Being subject to nature, we do have back up lighting and water/ camping bags\. Running water is shut off after first freeze due to lines freezing\. water brought in 5 gallon jugs for camping bags\. We can loose water in summer months when dry\. Please come with basic camping experience and ability to adapt to nature\. Two designated sleeping areas; loft with a queen size bed, downstairs bedroom with full size bed\.
