If you're bringing an RV, there are sites that do not require levelling and we can accommodate vehicles up to 75ft in length\. Bring your animals \- there are a lot of great spaces for them to play\! Our yard is equipped for horseback riding with a horse ring and stable\. The property is a great step\-off point for ATV, dirt bikes, horseback and hiking adventures\. Potable water, toilet, picnic table, wifi and showers are available\. Pets welcome, campfires permitted\. We are a 15\-20 minute drive to Cranbrook\. However, we enjoyed exploring while we waited and the Host was very kind and helpful. He brought us wood and chatted with my husband, and made this experience easy and enjoyable. We both loved this place and would love to come back for a week. The hosts' dogs and chickens were a fun addition and all the animals were very well behaved. I enjoyed being able to experience actually being in the mountains, picking wildflowers, sitting in the creek, and doing this while being comfortable. The Host had chairs, picnic table, a hammock, and firepit and roasters at our site. It was more than we were expecting and our experience was very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend. We just stayed for 1 night to break up a long trip on the road, and showed up regrettably late in the evening. Even still, Con was expecting us and he took the time to show us a great site on the creek, and give a tour of the property and it's amenities. As some of the other reviews have pointed out, the drive in and out of where the sites on the property takes a some skill, patience and a bit of bravery, but the reward is well worth it. The grounds are clean, comfortable, peaceful and well shaded. We had to get back on the road pretty quickly the next morning, but not before going for a walk around the property to explore the beautiful oasis Con and his partner have created and spending some time playing with their adorably charming dogs.
