You are welcome to pitch your own tent or hang your hammock wherever you want on top of the mountain. There is also a large military tent that can sleep up to 6 or 8 if you have any issues or plan to camp under the stars and weather interferes. Everything was great! Come prepared with a car with 4 wheel drive or AWD because it's quite a climb to bring your things up. The view is just amazing, mountain tops views go on for days. Nice fire...
