The Kirkfield Lift Lock, Fenelon Falls, Balsam Lake Provincial Park and Lindsay are all within a 30 minute drive\. There are miles of paved country roads and bike paths to explore the area\. Enjoy your evening sitting around a campfire telling stories or listening to the tree frogs\. The dark night sky is ideal for star gazing\. Farm fresh produce is available for purchase in season as well as small batch maple syrup from our own trees\. Please Note: We are in an active farming area so expect the sounds and smells that go along with being in the country\. Local country road traffic can be heard at times\. There are no bathroom facilities available\. Dogs are welcome but they must be always on leash as we have a cat, chickens and wildlife that roam the property\. We also ask that you clean up after your pet\. Campfires are permitted unless there is a ban in effect\. We have seasonal insects we recommend you arrive prepared\.
