The southern perimeter of the property is all cliff line, so you feel truly remote\. The possibilities of sound pollution are limited to a far\-off dog barking, horses being ridden down a nearby trail, or the possible hum of a distant lumber yard\. Other than that, you'll mostly hear the wind rustling trees, deer and critters making their way through the woods, and possibly a waterfall at certain times of the year\.
