Super convenient to get here\! We're less than 20 miles from the Sacramento Airport, and just a few minutes off of Interstate 5\. Yet you'd never know it once you get to the farm and feel the peace and quiet\. We're looking forward to seeing you soon\! Those of you who have experienced camping before know that these are all normal things when out in nature but for those of you who have no camping experience I ask you to come with an open mind and a positive attitude towards a new experience\. If you think you may have problems with any of these things PLEASE DON'T COME\!\!\! We also have a dog named Sara that loves people\. Most campers that come are very happy to have her around\. She is polite and good with children\. Some of you may not like dogs, if that is the case this will not be a fun experience for you\. Please note that as of spring 2021 we no longer have as many animals\. The restroom is essentially an outhouse with plumbing. No lighting. One of the restrooms had a dead mouse on the floor. Lots of cobwebs. The shower is also gross. Unfortunately though we left feeling like we had way overplayed for the space he offers. I was on a 2 week long trip and this was the most expensive site we stayed at (most expensive hip camp I’ve ever stayed at for that matter). \nThe electricity is definitely not 30 amps. I wouldn’t even call it a 20amp since we just had phones plugged in at night and we lost power. This was frustrating because a big reason we booked 30 amps was to run AC during the heat of the day. \nThere was dog poop all over the site. And some have said how great the dog is to have around, I found it a bit overwhelming that there were 2 dogs who wanted to hang out from the moment we stepped outside the RV. It made it hard to take our dog out to use the restroom. Don’t get me wrong they were very nice dogs but some space would be nice. I did ask for the dogs to be called in while we ate dinner outside and George quickly helped bring them in which was great. I totally get it’s these dogs space but just something to keep in mind if looking to book. \nAs far as the toilets, like others have said it was nice to have toilets but they were like flushable outhouses. Didn’t use the outdoor shower but seemed nice to be able to shower under the stars. \nI could see how this would be a great fit for some but just not for us.
