Site is located next to a industrial building that I own and is approximately 30 X 50. Water, Sewer, and 30 amp power provided. Located within a few blocks / walking distance to the historic downtown Centralia! Restaurants, antique shops, retail stores, etc. King Ag museum is located just 1 block away and is a very highly rated place to visit. They ad new exhibits all the time.
