Extremely private magic spot. Went with a few families and had a great time. It's a shame we got average weather as the flowing cleae river looked inviting. But a tad cold for the kids.
The Hermitage campsite offers a beautiful and secluded escape for campers, with many praising its cleanliness and the friendly, accommodating host. Visitors enjoy the serene environment, complete with soothing river sounds and ample firewood, making it ideal for families and pets. However, access requires a 4WD vehicle, and some campers noted that river access can be challenging. Additionally, cold weather may limit swimming opportunities, and there are some deep spots in the river to be cautious of. Overall, this campsite is highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat in nature.
