Many pools to cool off in and sweeping sunset views from the highest point on the property\. There is lots of nature to enjoy including bird watching, seasonal wildflowers, and other wild animals\. We welcome all ❤️🌈 We highly recommend not bringing any animals, including service animals\. We have two livestock guardian dogs that free roam the property and they are not friendly with other animals\. IMPORTANT\!\!\! Update jun19th: This year, water levels are lower than usual due to limited rainfall\. As a result, swimming at the swimming hole will be closed starting in early July\. The creek and swimming hole is nice. There were new calves and lots of baby goats. Watch for poison oak as normal in this area. We recommend 4 wheel drive if you’re towing a trailer, the driveway and the entrance to the campsite is quite steep. The fenced campsites has 12 foot wide gates so you need to be an expert driver to back in as the hilly terrain and narrow road add to the challenge. It’s a large space and other than the hosts checking on you or maintaining the area it is very private. Julie and Marta communicate well and quickly. There isn’t service once you get to camp though. I recommend it for car camping and small RV’s , our toy hauler was a bit too wide and long at 27 feet.
