We’re a farm to fork cattle ranching and beef company. This is our corporate headquarters that includes a butcher/gourmet food shop along with a fine dining restaurant. The Mercato is open Tuesday-Sunday 10:00am-7:00pm. Casa Bovina is dinner only restaurant open Tuesday-Sunday. Reservations are encouraged for groups. Bar seating is usually available for walk ins for individuals or small groups....
