We are a couple, Jim & Josee, living in a beautiful seaside community, Souris West in Prince Edward Island. We operate a small business making small-batch Salsas, Pepper Jellies, Hot Sauces, Pickles, and other preserves from vegetables we grow on our small Market Farm.
