About this space

Historic working equestrian facility. The property was originally purchased and developed by the State of Washington as a Game Farm in the 1940s. The State used it to raise 12,000 Chinese Pheasants each year. It has since been converted to an equestrian facility with an active breeding and training program, hosting multiple large equestrian events each year.
