In the setting of wildlife habitat, author Kathleen and her husband Kevin have a cottage where native plants and herbs are grown. Our herbs are blended with kosher salts which you can purchase to liven up your food. The greenhouse is home to the herbs used in the salts as well as some hard-to-find plants.
