Welcome to the Desert Sanctuary at Rincon Peak\. A 120 acre private property w tenting, full hookup, dry RVing/tenting and guest cottages sleeping 2 to 6 people\. Lots of amenities including outdoor showers and restrooms, BBQs, Olympic pool, Hot tub and games room\. Property is rich in history as the site of the Sri Ashrama Commune co\-founded by Timothy Leary in the 1960s\. As we are a full\-service RV Resort and do not have anything to sell, we do operate a little differently\. You are allowed ONE night of dry\-camping \(without hookups\) and we charge an amenities fee of $10 per person over 12 years old\. Guests wishing to stay additional nights dry or hookup are given a 10% discount\. We do offer a 10% discount for spots that include hookups: Full hookup $50 plus 12\.5% tax less discount = $50\.62 Water/electric $35 plus 12\.5% tax less discount count = $35\.43 Dry \(after 1st night\) $25 plus 12\.5% tax less discount\. = $25\.31 All are 2 person pricing\. Additional people per site is $10 pp max 4 per site\. Spectacular views at the base of the Rincon Mountains\. Free wifi\.Free awesome sunsets and star filled nights\.
