Great place to stop over. I’m not sure if we got to the right place but we stayed on a field and it was a lovely place to pop up the tent. Would recommend for a quick stop!
The campsite offers a peaceful and natural setting, making it a suitable option for quick stopovers, especially for tent campers. However, the lack of clear definitions for camping areas and the uneven terrain may deter those with caravans or seeking a more structured camping experience. While some campers enjoyed the wildlife and tranquility, others noted the proximity to a quarry and the unclear access roads as potential downsides.

- Open field allows for tent camping
- Quiet and peaceful atmosphere
- Campsite is not well-defined or marked
- Field is not flat and may be unsuitable for caravans
- Location near a quarry may be unappealing to some
- Limited amenities or facilities available
- Access roads may be unclear
