There are two lakes, the smaller one is currently a stock lake, with the large lake boasting carp, perch, tench, bream, roach and rudd\.There is an abundance of wildlife including barn owls, woodpeckers and many species of garden birds\. Look out for the kingfisher early in the morning\.No single sex parties\.Caravan SiteOur Caravan Club CL site caters for five touring caravans and enjoys spectacular views over the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds countryside\.There are 5 five hard\-standing pitches and one grassed pitch for anyone preferring grass\.All pitches have 16 amp electric hook\-up\. The screened service area on the site has fresh and waste water points, a toilet disposal area and rubbish bins\.Our toilet and shower block has a male and female wc and separate shower\. Visitors are also welcome to use the laundry facilities\.Wi\-Fi available\.Please note we are an 'adults only' site\. Equine HolidaysFour secure paddocks of generous proportions to enable guests to bring their own horse on holiday\. The paddocks are close to the holiday cottages and there is also ample space in our crew yard to park lorries, horse trailers and carriages\.We are situated within 17 acres of land in the Linconshire Wolds \- a beautiful area with plentiful bridleways and stunning scenery\. The Lindsey Trail is a 69 mile route through the Lincolnshire Wolds for carriage drivers, horse riders, cyclists and walkers and is a combination of surfaced and unsurfaced quiet lanes, public rights of way and Forestry Commission rides\. 22 miles are off road and 47 miles on road\.
