Toilet and hot showers in two different location, large undercover BBQ and sink kitchen area with power access.  Town centre only a couple of minutes away, which is great with Chinese, Thai and Italian restaurant, butcher, bakery all the little conveniences.  You can travel light and get fresh product to cook from town, just bring your ingredients.  Or just have a meals in town instead.  Plenty of walking tracks to do, or Visit Carrington Falls 45min away."
