Nestled at the end of a private drive, Frasers has been a holiday destination since 1992 with sustainability at the heart of everything we do\. Both the hospitality business and the wider 300\-acre eco\-estate are run with a sustainable ethos and a strong commitment to the environment, resulting in Frasers winning numerous awards for best practice\. We are set in the idyllic location yet only an hour from London\. Our accommodation is both historic and stylish blending seamlessly the ancient with the modern\. Acting ethically to protect the countryside is key to every decision we take\. Food miles are minimised by using slow, home grown grass fed animals, ingredients foraged from the estate, or grown in our extensive kitchen gardens\. Food that is not gleaned from the estate is purchased from a carefully selected group of artisan and local suppliers\. Our two rosette winning restaurant is housed in a traditional oak framed barn with panoramic views of open countryside and an outdoor terrace in the summer months\. Frasers offers both tasting and feasting menus, brunch and afternoon tea using the finest locally sourced ingredients which are sympathetically crafted into magnificent food with a modern British flair\. We are able to offer takeaway afternoon teas, hampers and picnics as well so please do enquire\! 55% of the energy used on the estate is renewable\. Water resources are preserved by utilising rain\-water harvesting systems\. Electric is available for a fee\.
