The campsite has some decent shade most of the day under a small oak and there's also a picnic table with an umbrella. The farm was super pretty and Ben was a kind and welcoming host, who gave us some great advice to check out the swimming holes in the nearby Cosumnes River. Much of the lower part of the property was burned in the Caldor Fire, so not as nice as it would have been 3 years ago but still worthwhile.
