While it was scorching hot outside, inside the trailer was nice and cool. We even used the outdoor shower to feel refreshed. During our stay, we experienced a power outage due to a statewide stage 2 emergency and was, unfortunately, a part of the rolling blackout. Patricia took the initiative to communicate with us that she was looking into the cause and provided updates as soon as she got word; luckily, the power outage was less than 30 minutes but I definitely appreciated Patricia's quick response to let us know what is happening. It was very private, and though the property has other two other (also cute!) Flying Point rentals on it there was a privacy fence separating us. There's also a short dirt road (8/10th a mile) to the property which made it feel even more remote. Cute outside area with chairs and a table and hammock. I loved cooking breakfast in the trailer and eating outside in the cool morning. It's definitely a small Silver Streak trailer, so be prepared to get cozy! It's also pet friendly and my dog loved the desert. Quick 20 minute drive to the north entrance of Joshua Tree.
