The Forest Gazebo is like a 16 foot open tree house overlooking the Enchanting Run and has additional space underneath it for a hammock and campfire\. Gazebo includes firepit and 3 hammocks on top level\. This is currently not curtained for rain events, nor screened from bugs, but bugs are not bad here do to large bird population\. You have to walk in a little ways with gear\. There is power and a 2\.5 gallon water container you can fill at the main campground\. Deep in the woods by a stream this campsite is private and has 3500 acres of riverine greenbelt space under conservation easement along Horsepen Run about half mile above the Rappahannock River\. Hidden away in a little canyon we are really in the midst of civilization with many stores and amenities just 5 miles away\.
