Dragonfly Place Farm Stay is a 28\-acre hobby farm with cattle, horses, chickens, 2 miniature baby goats and a couple sheep arriving shortly\. Many moons ago, our property was a dairy farm and we are currently in the process of regenerating our land\. We have planted in excess of 70, mostly native, trees this year; part of that is a food forest\. We are so looking forward to seeing their growth\. The kids highlights were collecting eggs, feeding the baby goats and kayaking in the dam. Its so peaceful and great for the family as no matter where the kids were we could see them from the campsite. Sylvia was so lovely and accommodating, we will definitely be back. I would also recommend this spot for bird watchers as the amount of species that come to roost every evening in the trees is huge and we waited every day at sunset for the bird show which was so special.
